Commentary
This same desire to takeover and control authority in the governance of nations can be seen here on earth. Lucifer now called Satan (who is invisible to us mortals at this point) can only be seen by the evil works he compels human beings to perform. Understanding this character flaw helps identify his encroachment on authority as being a fundamental character trait; or signature trait. Satan working through human beings will reveal this tendency. Mainly in the political arena we see Satan through his works, and by his works. The methods used by men to destabilize and take over governments, exploiting the land and the people originates from Satan.
Remember he was removed from heaven due to this very same type of mannerism. Satan is known to be the father of wickedness, any and everything in the category of evil is born out of the spirit of Satan.
Lucifer
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. (Isaiah 14:12-14)".
Characterized by an putrid reprehensible arrogance Lucifer is extremely proficient in lies and deceit. From the first human beings who were created it was Lucifer that brought them down, and death increased in the world starting many centuries ago. We find to this very day, factored into the arrogance, is the twisted notion that Satans help or guidance is needed for our security or well-being. Nothing could be further from the truth. It's subterfuge and chicanery for the father of evil to be "helping" anything, or anyone; it's completely absurd.
Consider for an moment how the reflection in an mirror works to make words appear backward, or trying to perform simple tasks using the reflection of an mirror makes all movements appear backward. The spirit of Satan known also as Lucifer can be recognized as it operates through human beings. They possess backward logic in terms of "truth", and through this backward logic one can recognize the spirit of Satan embodied within human beings. Secrecy, Half truths, bold lies, fallacies, innuendo, and the tendency to blame other for things they themselves are guilty of doing. (for example technically superior terrorism, and false-flag operations).
The pretense or facade of helping is always backward or opposite. Everything Satan and his people does is for the destruction of peace, freedom, health, true wealth, and anything considered good. (Understand Lucifer is at war with "Good"). Those who are the walking, talking embodiment of the spirit of Satan will be huge thieves and liars. In the hierarchy of Satan's human family the top eschelon will be shameless murderers committing murder directly and indirectly. Stealing whole nations though outright war, neo-colonialism or dictatorships is just part of lucifer's wicked political arsenal. Imperialism, bolshevism and all the ills of communism are also part of Lucifer's works.
Setting up central banks to ensure economic enslavement through usury, mergers, monopolies and sharp practice are carried out by those who are bound to a Satanic covenant. If they say they are bringing freedom, what they really mean is they're bringing oppression and economic slavery. If they say they are providing security, what they mean is you will no longer be allowed the necessary tools for the God given right to defend oneself or family. If they say they are bringing liberty expect bloodshed, anarchy, the loss of rights and sovereignty. When they say they'll make life easier it's always the opposite, expect usury the loss of property and bankruptcy. Disception is the unmistakable right arm of the devil.

The devil, taking him up into an high mountain, she wed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. (Luke 4:5-7)
This particular verse of scripture speaks of how the devil attempted to deceive our Lord and savior into "following" him, although the word "worship" is used, in practical terms, they both have the same meaning. It is true Satan was allowed a small period of time to reign over the earth, him being immoral and living over thousands of centuries (possibly eons of existence) he has acquired much knowledge. Any knowledge that was gained by him of course is used for evil.
The point being man was given dominion over the earth, and to suggest this dominion is being stripped away much the same way as taking candy from a infant may be somewhat of an overstatement, however the reality does exists that Satan has dominion over the kingdoms of the earth. The direction for which the world is moving toward, this course is a reflection of Lucifer's influence in the world. This dominion may be a "shadow type dominion" at this point, however as Satan's time gets shorter the great wickedness of his methods will become completely overt worldwide.
For good people not to stand up against evil only encourages corruption and the spread of Satan's control. Keeping in mind Lucifer being thoroughly depraved and far below any standard of ethics, will use all types of nefarious coercion to realize his evil design for the governance of the world.
The question becomes how can something outside our visual sphere of reality, or outside our realm of existence (something spiritual) control the world. This question sheds light on the practical reality of Satan's need for flesh and blood human beings to actually carry out his work in the earth. The bridge between Satan's spiritual dimension into our world happens through his access to the heart (Desire) and the "minds" of human beings.
Thoughts are something that we all know exists, however they are intangible, and imperceptible in others except through ones "actions or works". In the spiritual realm, and our known world the bridge that merges these conjoined dimensions are "thoughts". This truth is also observed though the use of dreams from the forces of Good who are also immortals. Jacob, Joseph, and Daniel for example, along with the true prophets, were spoken too though their minds.
Scriptural history speaks of the devil trying to make a "deal" with the son of God during a 40-day fast. Satan knew that Yeshua or Jesus had a mission as the son of God, and attempted to bribe the Lord into accepting temporary worldly riches during Satans short dominion over the earth. Back in the Lord's day the attempted deception/destruction came at a time when Satan perceived the Lord would be weak and vulnerable through fasting. In our day the devil has many diabolical methods of weakening the human family at all phases of ones life, and the gory murders of over 48,859,998 innocent babies in the U.S. since 1972 is beastly, sadistic, and the unmistakable works of Satan. You see him, and know him by, and through his works worldwide.
Those without true ethics, or principles of good will accept the devils temporary worldly riches, and the part about losing ones souls will be kept secret which is totally consistent with the tactics of the devil. Much the same way he never revealed to Adam and Eve they would die and be expelled from paradise. He never told the first two human being they would die and all people after them would die. He never told them about all the evil that would come into the world. This is what the devil does...he is a liar...and the children of the devil are thieves and big liars. Any privilege, advantage, or pay-off from those doing Lucifer's work in the world always has a huge down side which is concealed.
Ones sees Lucifer (at this point in time) by seeing and recognizing his works. Those who have accepted Satan's deal possessing large sums of worldly riches are the same ones performing satanic duties worldwide for riches and power. He works though all people from any level who perform evil over good, however those close to the devil in his hierarchy are those at the very top of the New World Order cult. Many belong to this cult whether they acknowledge it or not, and the tentacles of this cult branch off into many areas. It all started in Babylon, and recognizing how the ancient and the more modern aspect of Lucifer's design merges in the final years of his evil dominion transforming the world right before our eyes.
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]. (Ephesians 6:12)".
Placing things into prospective in terms of this scripture lies in recognizing the source for which the evil in the world is found. The point here is to shed light on the behind the scenes agenda, or the shadowy details of the things concealed from everyone except those aligned with Lucifer's rise to power. In understanding the source of the evil insight is gained though recognizing those infected by the evil and wickedness.
Those holding the spirit of evil, whose wicked influence affects a few people is one thing, on the other hand whose who have a sphere of influence affecting thousands and in many cases millions of people are those considered being in high places. Few if any get to these high places or position of authority without being bound to some type of covenant (with Lucifer) enslaving them to adhere strictly to a certain method of operation.
Bear in mind the people reaching such high positions of influence are extremely wealthy and willing peons who have little if any free will, or independent thinking, within their organizations/secret soceities.
The people who are in high places doing the work of lucifer appear to be flesh and blood human beings, and they are. The distinction is inwardly they have lost all humanity, making them ready vessels filled with the spirit of achieving their father's (Satan's) work. Don't be mislead by we wrestle not against flesh and blood, because it is flesh and blood human beings who carry out the will of Satan. The scripture is simply focusing on the source behind all the evil so prevalent in the world at this time.
Some of the top "rulers of darkness of this world" focus on how to control people mainly though Governmental officials, international bankers, dependency, fear, and misinformation. Greater clarity as to how wickedness gains powerful footholds in societies can be seen through the manipulation of economies, the stabilization and destabilization of various types of governments, by the control of information (media and education), and through war and poverty.
An illustration of how desperately wicked the devil is can be attained by learning how food and water are used as tools for coercion and destruction. Lucifer will speak as if things are getting better, however the truth is corruption is on the rise, and things are unraveling bringing down Governments, people, and civilization.
